Weekly Wrap up #15

I'm signing up with the Caffeinated Reviewer for Sunday Post and Reader Buzz for Sunday Salon.

I hope you all had a nice Valentines day. I was surprised at work by the Hubby with roses and a card. Little Man had his MRI finally and the Dr. says that he's healed. YAY! He can go back to normal activities and no more PT. Weather this week was a huge tease as it got up to 50 early in the week and then dropped back down so we had freezing rain and snow. But winter in the North Country wait five minutes and it will change again.
I'm still not feeling totally myself. Friday was the worst I had a migraine and sick to my stomach. I was super tired and overly cranky. I am so thankful that I have the best boss in the world as she was patient and understanding to my foul mood. I'm really hoping to shake this soon as I don't like feeling or being this way.

Bookish news: Not much to tell, I finally finished my first book toward the audio challenge. I've decided to lay off the energy drinks and use the money I would have spent on them to fund the lowest rung of Audible subscription plans. I have a bunch of books marked to read, that are included. I want to get back into running, ok walking again, and listen to them while on the treadmill. I stumbled over a weekly link up called Fit Reader and I'm thinking about joining. Maybe it will help keep me on track and get me out of this funk.

Anyway let me know how your weeks have been?

  1. So sorry you didn't feel good on Friday. Migrane's are horrible, my husband gets them and it's terrible to see him in such pain. I'm happy that little man is all healed!!

  2. I still need to read My Best Friend's Exorcism. Glad the MRI came back good, but sorry you are now feeling bad. We had the really nice 50s and 60s weather early in the week then on Thursday about 6-7 inches of snow! Crazy weather here as well. Hope you have a good week!

  4. It's like that today- almost 50 and sunny, melting some of our snow. It'll probably get cold again though. :)

Glad the little man is all better, that's always good news! Hope your week ahead is a good one...

  5. I'm not loving the up and down weather. But in a few weeks it will all be warm enough here. That's wonderful for Little Man to get back to normal. The Fit Reader group has some really nice people.

  6. So glad that Little Man got a good report and is back to normal activity. I'm so sorry about your migraine. I've been getting them lately though I think mine are somehow connected to weather and air pressure and I am not a fan. I hope you are feeling better and getting some good reading in. Love your plan for Audible! Have a great week!

  7. I'm glad Little Man is healed and you had a good Valentine's Day. I'll have to look up Fit Reader. I need some motivation to start running again. It's been so cold and snowy that I don't want to go out and exercise.
